Topic: SEEING INTO YOUR FUTURE
Biblical Text: ‘ And the Lord said unto Abram, after that lot was separated from him, lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art, northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: for all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it and to thy seed forever’. [Genesis 13:14-15]
God gave Abraham a glimpse of his future. It was a glorious insight into the inheritance that God has for him. All Abraham had to do was just trust in the Lord to bring it to pass. Every child of God can catch a glimpse of their future in the light of scriptures. You do not need a seer to tell you about your future or that of your children. Some Christians are fond of consulting seer concerning all the affairs of their lives. It is a seer that will tell them who to marry! Saints, your future is glorious. Half-baked Christians will take the word of the seer more seriously than the Word of God. Somebody told me a seer told him that he will be very successful in life but should not marry a fair lady. He took the words of the seer seriously but never had he taken the Word of God seriously. A lot of Christians are not seeing into their future in the light of scriptures hence are vulnerable to fake prophets. Some of our fathers in the faith have shared testimonies of what God showed them years back and it came to pass; some after 20 years of faithfully following God. Do not wait till you get a revelation! Start seeing into your glorious future in the light of scriptures. God says your light will shine brighter and brighter unto a perfect day. Your future cannot be determined by the economy of your country; or the place where you were born; or in a seer . Depend completely on God through His Word to reveal your future, precept upon precept to you.
KNOW IT ∞ Your future is bright not bleak; see into your future in the light of scriptures.
READ IT ∞ Genesis 12:1-4, 17:15-16; Acts 27:23-33
PRAY IT ∞ Father, give me the grace to see into my future in the light of scriptures.
